Management Services Organization Agreement

As a precursor to buying your business we may provide you with Management Services.  

Our team will review every aspect of your business before we execute a Management Services Organization agreement.  

By taking over Management via a Management Services agreement we offset our risk and the bank's risk by becoming fully aware of every aspect of the business from the inside.  

With an MSO Agrement we are responsible for managing the business for 90 days:

Legal

Accounting

Marketing

Personnel

Vendors

In this time we will implement best in class management and systems processes thereby reduceing costs and increasing revenue, and immediate and future profits.  

We will also endeavor to receive bank financing within 90 days to acquire the business.  

For our Management Services consulting we are compensated 20% of the monthly Net profit for 3 months, paid at the beginning of each month.  

If we are unable to receive bank financing within 90 days:

- We will ask for an extension of the Management Services agreement.

Or

- Leave the business in a healthier position for a future sale.
